What SEO Anywhere processes
SEO Anywhere stores your account name, email address and profile image after Google sign-in. When you connect a webmaster platform, it stores the connected account label, encrypted authorization credentials, short-lived authorization state, discovered site properties and a short-lived cache of reports requested for your dashboard. When you run analysis, it also stores the resulting SEO recommendations and the minimum evidence needed to explain them, which can include queries, URLs, platform metrics and your Useful or Not useful feedback.
Google Search Console access
The Search Console connection requests the webmasters.readonly permission. Google also provides the verified account email used to label the connection. SEO Anywhere reads Search Console property names and access levels, plus clicks, impressions, CTR and average position grouped by date, query and page. It cannot use this permission to change sites or Search Console settings.
How connected search data is used
Connected platform data is used to discover available sites and show search performance and generate explainable recommendations inside your workspace. SEO Anywhere does not send changes to your sites, search settings or webmaster platform configuration. Requested performance reports are cached for up to six hours. Connected platform reports are not shared with third-party AI or SEO services.
Storage and isolation
Connections, sites, cached reports, analysis history and saved recommendations are separated by account. Authorization credentials are encrypted before storage and are never returned to the browser. Full platform reports remain short-lived; saved recommendations retain only the evidence needed to explain them.
Control
You can disconnect any provider from the dashboard. Disconnecting deletes that provider’s stored credential, pending authorization state, discovered properties and cached reports. It also deletes the analysis history and recommendations for every affected site. A site remains only when another connected provider still uses it. For Search Console, SEO Anywhere also requests token revocation from Google; local deletion still completes if Google cannot be reached.
You can permanently delete your account from the dashboard after confirming your account email. This deletes your profile and all associated SEO Anywhere data, including connection credentials, authorization state, sites, properties, cached reports, analysis history and recommendations, then clears the sign-in session. Data owned by other accounts is not affected. Provider-side connected-app controls remain available in each provider account.
